Special rules on applicable social security legislation in case of simultaneous employment in several countries apply in particular to EU/Swiss citizens within the EU/Switzerland or Swiss/EFTA citizens within EFTA.
Social security legislation applicable in Switzerland is confirmed by the competent compensation office using form A1. For cross-border cases with a connection to Great Britain (Brexit as of December 31, 2020) we refer to the following informations.
The application in case of poliactivity can be made online on the ALPS platform under "New pluriactivity" or "Special professional groups" or at the compensation office using the form "Support for the determination of the social security legislation applicable in the case of pursuit of activity in two or more States".
